Other alternatives (if your parents are supportive and willing to pay for it):
Home-school it or do independent study: there are many programs where you can buy lesson plans and tests to follow and even some programs where you can get a remote teacher. Or get a math book from a library (either check one out or find a surplus) or book store or garage sale, etc and start going through it at your own pace just to learn the concepts.
Start college classes: If you skipped 8th grade math, you are at least at the algebra I level. So take a Algebra or Geometry class at the local community college in the evenings. Or there are frequently correspondance or distance learning classes available from colleges.

Learn math first, write down the formulas(you dont need to memorize them), then do away with the other classes. ^^
