Try not to study while you are listening to music.

Try to ask your self some questions about a pragraph that you have just finished.

Try to take notes.

For subjects like maths and physics try to do many exercises it helps you to pay more attention to what you are doing.

Don’t sit on the floor or lie on the bed when you are studying try to use desk and sit straight.

Don’t let your room be very cold or very warm.

Don’t let your room be too dark or too bright

Don’t eat too much before you start studying and also don’t be hungry while you are studying.

hmmm and,,,,

I always get easily distracted during studying because there are so many other things I would rather do. I try to find a study spot in the library which is away from people, noise, and action. I try to allot myself plenty of time because I know I will get distracted and/or bored at some point. Have a notebook there and write things related to what you are reading/studying down. I will read whatever it is I’m supposed to be studying, take notes on the important stuff, take breaks when needed so you don’t get too bored which can lead to distraction, and find time to type up the notes you’ve taken to further cement the information into your brain. Don’t beat yourself up over getting distracted. Just take it as a part of who you are and find ways to work around it.

Good luck—Keep studying ! 🙂

Before studying keep both the hands on your book and

sincerely pray to God that you should sit by my side and help

me to understand and concentrate whatever I’m learning now.

THE GOOD NIGHT
turn off all distracting entertainment equipment, drink warm milk(heard this calms people down), stop and inhale and exhale with your eyes closed. read once, then twice, then read again until you get it
