hi, i need to choose someone to fill the following position. what qualities,requirements etc., would you want /look for in an applicant, and what would they have to write to make you pick them?if you can help, tp[l;eas do, it wol be greatly appreciated.!

I think you ought to go to the professionals. Don’t feel bad about it, after all, we can’t all be good at everything.
