First of all I would recommend that you learn how to spell.

It’s not ‘drum manger’ it is ‘drum major’.

A manger is what holds hay in a barn for animals to feed on – it is commonly believed that Jesus Christ was placed in a manger as there were no cribs available in the location he was born.

As for becoming a drum major – it is probably a selection process made by the band director at your school – I would talk with him/her and find out what the parameters for this position are.

Good luckl.

The title is “drum major.” Watch conductors, learn to march, follow and give marching commands, and direct music. You can take summer camps to learn this, or learn in junior high.
