How can I send mail to every high school chemistry class in the country?

Nobody maintains the list you seek–but if anyone has a partial list, they’d be willing to sell it. The easiest way to get the product to them is to “piggyback” to someone else’s list. For instance, Sigma Chemical Co. (St. Louis, MO,
800-325-3010) sells several chemical supplies to high school chemistry labs. You can buy their mailing list for about $0.20 per address.
Each state maintains an address of all their schools. You could do your own mass-mailing by going to each state’s Education department website, and then addressing an envelope to “the Chemistry teacher” in each High School in that state.
So, I’ve included below the link to the “NEA” (National Education Association) and you can have them publish your information and submit it for their site to include. You could ask them for a list of all NEA member schools–which they’ll sell to you.
You could include it in magazines like for Dell Computers, who will in turn try to maintain the list (or buy the list from them.)
But it won’t be easy–and will be expensive. Hire a marketing firm. They are easy to find, look in your local phone book under “advertising.”
