Being the top is not easy and may not be possible.
A much more realistic goal is to do the very best hat you can.
The sites below should be of help.
“what are the foods that can give me a good memory” Post his question as a heath question”
“what time should I go to bed to be more focus during the class discussion?” Go to bed so that you obtain at least eight hours of sleep a night.
“should I review the lesson that our teacher had discussed during the class every night?” That is a very good idea.
pay your full attention in class and don’t be chatting – but don’t use your recess to do homework, you need to relax then, otherwise your brain just won’t work properly…
food doesn’t affect your studies that much, always have a breakfast and always eat enough to keep you going, but most importantly, during your exams, make sure to keep having enough food, don’t change your eating habits, otherwise you make become weak or even ill…
get to sleep within 10pm or max 10.30pm and wake up so that you’ve had at least 8 hours sleep, trust me it really does affect your health, mood and concentration span.
as for the good memory…some naturally have one and some don’t, so if you’re of the latter, then think up some good learning techniques e.g. make up songs to remember ideas, use the read, cover, write and check method, etc.
also in the weekends, you should cover the things you’ve done in the lessons in the week, but not in total detail…just look over the main points and make sure you understand the things you were unsure about…
when exams come around, have and organised and orderly revision timetable…start revising at least 2 weeks before the exams (but 4 weeks would be better). spread out all your subjects over the first week in order of which exams you have first and then repeat that timetable for the second week too. on the day before your first exams, revise for only the exams that you have the next day and work like that every night until the end of your exams…if you ever think you can’t be better prepared for the exams the next day, then just make sure you really are that well prepared and then just relax, don’t do revision for other exams. you need to be relaxed and don’t do late nights, even during your exams the latest you should go to bed is at 10.30pm, because if your brain is tired you won’t be able to think straight and answer questions properly in the exams, when you will have extra pressure on you anyway.
one last thing, you don’t have to be the top of the class…yes, i have given you tips to help you get there, but the important thing is to do your best. you should just know that you have worked to the best of your ability and what happens after that should not matter. if you become top of the class then that’s a job well done, but don’t be dissapointed if you’re not top of the class, not everyone can come first, but everyone can try their best!
hope my advice helps and good luck!
