HOW Can I admission any institute in America?
I am 35 years old now.I am suffering from muscular dystrophy, I am in a wheelchair; I have no control of my legs. But my hands work well.
I complete high school and some collage after that I can not continue my education because of my disability.
My really wish to start education again. I want to study Social Service Programs, Courses.

Just apply. You may need to start off at a community college to take basics before they will admit you to a university.
Having muscular dystrophy should not limit you in anyway.

does your country of origin have government sponsorship programs where they send students to study in US?.. maybe you should contact the ministry of higher education in your own country and ask..
