help please i’m gonna start tutoring and i’m only 14 years old?
i am gonna start to tutor my kindergarton cousin starting tomorrow and i am going to get paid. i’m only doing cause i wanna get paid…cause i need some money and i wanted SOME kind of job. i’m only 14 and i’m a freshman…but i have so much h.w. and i’m kinda stressed out and stuff…i’m very timid but when i’m with ppl i’m comfortable with i explain things VERY well…but i’m not comfortable with my aunt around looking at me while i tutor her…it’s scary…i wanna show her what a great tutor i can be…any advice?

Take a chill pill kid. BREATHE. O.K., so apparently your paranoid. Heres what ya do, you pretend like she doesn’t exist. Pretend that your better than her. You know what that is? Thats building confidence. You need it. ANN by the way, they’re kinder gardeners… They won’t remembered squat in a few years 😉 so don’t trip if you end up given them a lil more than what you get paid for. Have fun with it. BE CALM and STAY CALM. I’m 16, i did the same thing at your age, its fun, just gotta stay calm.

Are you toutering your aunt or your coisin? Relax you are with family and help your cousin out by asking and answering questions he or she might have. Maybe your cousin will need help on projects or in reading or math or shapes or colors. Tutoring is a lot of fun. It will also reinforce what you have learned. Ask yourself how did you learn to do a task? THen take your cousin and guide him/her along. Do not do the actual work for your cousin but be a guide. You will find it very rewarding.

In my opinion if you have homework at the age of 14 then you are not smart enough to tutor.
