Fly out? fly off? – Translation.?
Ok, I´m translating a TV show, a bad one.
The situation is, a skull bangs into the guys windshield and he is explaining to the cops what happened and he says:
“Didn´t come flying out.
It came flying off.
It bounced”
Can someone explain the difference? In detail please.

He is saying that the skull did not come flying out of the car. Instead it came from the outside and bounced off the car.
This is the best I can do. As you mentioned, it is a lousy show and that is very bad dialog.
