The negatives are not seeing your parents. Not being able to go party anytime you want. For some boarding schools, you’re aren’t even aloud to drive. You have a time you should be in your room and the rules are much stricter. And you have agreater chance of being sent home.
Some positives are: You are away from you’re parents. You get to see your friends everyday.
Uniforms aren’t required for all boarding schools. They can be: Where this colored shirt and these colored pants. And no denim. Or they can cost up to 400 dollars and have matching ones.
To get into boarding schools you can either pay or get a scholarship.
Most rooms have 2 roomates.
The rules are extremely strict.
Collages are ok with them. Boarding schools are known also as Collage Prepratory school. So their are also known to hold the highest SAT scores.
I wanted to go to a boarding school too. But it cost too much. Unless you’re are extremely smart or rich, it might be hard to get into one.
Of course, colleges love them.
