Chemistry, world, and health is freaking boring, so try to stay awake. Take good, clear notes in world and chemistry and make flashcards for chem because you are going to have a whole lot of equations to memorize. English is just like freshman year, just a little harder is all. It’s okay if you don’t get a 4.0 or higher. Don’t beat yourself up over it. You’ll go insane from the stress.

I’d just keep up the good work. . . you apparently know how to study and do well in school if you have a 4.0 and are in honors classes, so that’s not an issue.

Make sure you leave yourself time to adequately study for tests and work on all the homework — if you’re a scheduling/order person, calendars and to-do lists are apparently helpful. . . if you’re not (like me!), just go with whatever weird system seems like it works for you. Try to keep focused on what you like about each class in the larger picture rather than what you’re really hating right now. . . it’s a lot easier to work on something if you’re interested in it.
