Because they can pretend to be the mommies when they play with dolls. It’s good for because it teaches them life skills and responsibilities.

Because children loved to be loved by these dolls they have been around forever. And they use there imagination and even though the doll is a doll it stores many memories. It also helps them learn the ways of living. When little kids play doctor it helps them feel more comfortable when they actually have to see the doctor. So when little kids get scared they grab there dolls and hug em tight its all to make them learn. When a kid heres about the tooth fairy and that they get money, they all want to loose there teeth.It is just to help them learn and remind them of all the good things in life. They are just little kids and they love soft and squishy things! No wonder they like peanut butter!LOL! Its the truth.

Children like to copy their mommys. Since mommy takes care of them, they want something to take care of. Dolls of all shapes and sizes gives children something to take care of so they will feel like mommy.

such a simple question but not so easy to answer…well, this is my wild guess…may be because they find them cute or sumtimes bcoz they r amusing…!! n some children feel proud owning toys….!!!
