What’s the best way to overcome anxiety and really buckle down in college?

I had a problem this past semester with college, I always feel anxious – constantly worrying about other students, fitting in, where I’ll sit at lunch (most of the times I’m by myself sitting there), and I can’t seem to just focus on the grades. Any tips?

Lay off the drugs and alcohol. Start a small workout regime, even if it’s simply stretching for 30 minutes a day. Take some St. John’s Wort. Join a few clubs that you might be interested in.
