“MAY THE NEW YEAR BE A WHOLE NEW BEGINNING FOR YOU, AND MAY YOU BE BLESSED WITH MANY JOYS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR! “

If you are trying to be poetic, you have poetic license and its fine.

If you are asking from a strictly grammatical standpoint (and I am not a grammar expert) by any means, it may be a run on sentence.
