it only annoys me when anyone with a middle school education or higher talks like that – they should know better. and it always annoys me even more when people type (or write) like that (except in a text when i understand every space counts). however, it doesn’t annoy me when a young child talks or writes like this because it shows me that they are starting to understand that letters have sounds and when you put them together those sounds make words. and i think it’s awesome to see a 4 or 5 year old try to write a sentence and have it come out looking like your question! it shows me they are starting to understand our language and write in their own way. i mean, how exciting is that?! to see a young writer emerging before your very eyes! it’s just one of the many perks we enjoy as childcare professionals!

It can be annoying but you must try to understand why they are talking like that they could off had a learning disability that causes them to speak that way.

But if they are doing it and have not had any trouble then it could be who was teaching them !!!!!!!!!!!

Force of habit to tear into the person that types like that. I consciously knew you were making a point, but my annoyance factor in the subconscious takes over sometimes.
