Do I have proper reasons to state that I am a professional piano tuner if probably I need a teacher’s help?
I know that sounds silly, but it would be really nice if somebody agreed to help me to become a proficient piano tuning specialist.

Your question is a little odd, but being a piano tuner is definitely a trade. I would think that you would absolutely have to apprentice with a professional tuner. Look in the yellow pages, go visit some music/piano stores to get some business cards, and contact these people. There are also piano tuning schools you can attend.
