Penn State doesn’t really hate, but has a friendly rivalry with Norte Dame, Michigan, and Ohio. and basically all other of the big ten schools

If you got taken out to the woodshed to the tune of 41-3 (those last two TDs were absolute garbage time) by a team that maintained its independence due to the fact that they have a national fanbase, while you’re stuck in the middle of Bumblef*ck, Pennsylvania, and had to join the Big Ten, I think you’d be pretty pissed, too.
