1. this isn’t a problem… its a statement. if x and y were assigned values, then these sentences would make sense. sqrt(3y)/sqrt(x) = sqrt(3y/x)

2. sqrt(30)/sqrt(6) = sqrt(30/6) = sqrt(5)

3. once again, the variable a is not defined, but it will be like this

sqrt((80a)^6)/sqrt(5) = (80a)^3 / sqrt(5)
