our brain hv t parts – left and right both r equal. when we dont concentrate it means one part is controlling the other. so u hv to train the other side to up itself to gain control. its slow, needs lots of patience and training n u can do it. willpower, less distraction wld help. must read more so tt u hv more knowledge and ideas tt will stop your mind wandering. goodluck take care

Still…. not being able to concentrate is a problem which can be helped by a number of things. Strenuous exercise for 20 minutes a day (preferably in the morning) can calm you enough yo focus, and focusing on your diet is extremely important… do you eat lots of sugar or soda? these effect your state of mind more than you know. Soft, quiet music (no Lyrics) will help focus the analytical side of the brain and that should help to.
