Undergrad or grad?

I’d say Rutgers, in general, and definitely if it’s grad school.

If you live in New York, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania, go to the University of Maryland, College Park. It’s better than both of those schools and A LOT of people from New York and New Jersey go to University of Maryland. UMCP is quite close to N.J. and N.Y. and you have access to Washington, D.C. and Baltimore. Maryland has a thriving economy so it’s a good place to get internships. UMCP is only two minutes away from Washington, D.C., whereas Binghamton I think is in a rural area. Rutgers is also in a relatively bad location. Go to UMCP, many people from the Northeast go there!!!
