What to do with a foriegn exchange student?
My family will be getting a foriegn exchange student in a couple of days and I was hoping someone could give some tips or share their expierences.

It depends on where they are from, but there are some good general suggestions.
Exchange students are here to LEARN about the new country. Just take them along on a normal day at first, then ask where they want to go. You might have a list of their interests, so go by that, too.
Do research on what they have in their home country and what they don’t. You should learn from this, too!
(If they are japanese, let them pump gas. Other countries might be the same, but I know in Japan it’s done by an attendant.)

Just share with them everything about where you live. If there is a cute little shop or something go there. Show them our grocery stores because depending from where they come from, it could be LOADS different. Just do stuff that you consider fun because they aren’t different from us! HAve fun
