hmm all I know is that y=mx+b so m is the slope and b is the y intercept. I have no idea how to go about that…. sorry! 🙂

you can convert it into the y=mx+b format, or you can solve it as is by finding the intercepts. The way you do that is you make one variable 0, and solve for the other. For example, make x zero, and solve for y, and you get 5. On your graph plot a point at (0,5). Then make y zero, solve for x, and you get -15. On your graph plot a point at (-15,0). Just connect those two and theres your line.
