They just want to learn about you as a person, and how you might fit in to their organization. There is no way you can “study” specific questions they MIGHT ask. Some interviewers will ask you open-ended questions like, “Tell me about yourself? or Why do you want this job?” Others might pose hypothetical situations and ask how you think you might respond.

In any case, the old adage is best: Honesty is the Best Policy. If only for the fact that you will come across better if you act yourself, instead of trying to come up with some sort of “winning” answer.

Also, be prepared to take advantage of their asking you if YOU have questions for them. Ask about where your position reports (i.e., who you would work for) and what part of the organization they are hiring for. Ask what specific duties they anticipate you handling. Try, then, to tell them how you would bring special value in being assigned those tasks. For instance, if they say you will be the initial contact point for customer service requests, you might could tell them about the summer job you had working the customer service section of a big department store.

You can also try checking them out in the Internet and pinpointing something about their company that you think you could be particularly valuable in.
