One item on the menu is Pavement Possum for $9.95. It’s described as an “awesome beast”. Just call it an Adventure in Dining.

I live in Washington state and i moved here from Las Vegas. However I was born i n Montana and have a love for the outdoors. \ When camping near Lake Mead Nevada always shake your boots out. I learned the hard way as was bitten by a scorpion and had to go to an emergency room. When visiting Texas, armadillos are common. As are rattlesnakes in or near rural roads. Almost every morning coming from work I see wild turkeys if I use the back road home. However due to the high amount of snow i do not. Occasionally I have seen a fox here. Several years ago when I went back to Montana for a visit I did see a wolf cross a highway. I was indeed surprised. Groundhogs are common in Montana as well. I’ll add this as well. I have seen a Grizzly bear when I was small and camping with my parents. Impressive to say the least. Also A moose awoke the family one time while putting her head into the tent we were sleeping in.
