A masochist is someone who enjoy getting hurt and pain, it could be in physical, and it could be in emotinal way. Someone who enjoys receiving/feeling physical or emotional way. I tought it this way. Sometimes when people is suffered, or feeling guilty, getting hurt is the way out to free all of that stuff. I know it because I have a friend who enjoyed being hurt, and she said that somehow it helped her to just lighten up her emotional burden, especially the guilt feeling. It might comes from a person which is an ’emo’, and they do it to run away from their trouble. Maybe they dislike life so much and sees that torturing their selves seems like a better idea. It makes themselves feel better. Atleast. Some said that genetic thingy also influence it. Well, you know what I mean. Its abnormal way and sometimes they used it on their sexual life. But it could be cured just by going to the psychoteraphis or psikiater and other pshycology teraphy.
