What do you think about it being easier for women to get into college than men? Or is this statement untrue?
I heard from numerous people that because of the gender quotient that the colleges have to fill to ‘balance things out’, females have an easier time getting accepted. (Apparently, it’s 1 female for every 2 males or something)
I also heard that there was a certain ethnic quotient too.
Personally, I think this system is a load of bs. It doesn’t matter what race or gender you are – as long as you’re smart and qualify, you should get in.

Maybe it’s an illusion: high school girls tend to be more mature and smart than the boys, that’s why they get better grades and they tend to get into college more often. I see two women for everyman in every graduate class in my University.

In our school, all the boys get better grades than the girls…
I personally think that this statement is untrue. I’ve never heard it anywhere else…
However, I suppose every university is different so to stereotype like this is wrong.
