I think they do a lot of work for not a lot of money in the middle of the night their time which is day time for us and then have to deal with customers that harass them all night because we can’t understand them when all they are trying to do is pay their rent and put food on the table. It would be nice to have an English as a first language person answer the phone but don’t harass these people, remember the golden rule.

I hate them, I used to work for dell doing technical support and repairs and I always had to call their tech line and I could not stand it. I couldn’t understand them half the time and they couldn’t understand me and it ended up taking a whole lot of my time. Boo

Can’t stand it.

Not only is it jobs that could and should be done by people in the US, supporting the US econemy, it is also BS. they practice their “american” accents, but you can totally tell, they give their names as “Jeff” or “mary” and i feel like whatever Corporation is trying to fool me.

i am so glad these people have jobs, but really I cannot understand them and they do not understand me……it makes for frustration and errors. Give them some language training first?
