Try checking your local community college and they should have some basic office and administration classes.

Knowledge of the English language would help. Math, probably business. Filing, computer knowledge, keyboarding, knowledge of word processing programs. Are you able to type from a dictation machine to a computer? That took me a while to learn. Now it’s no problem. If you’re going into medical or even legal, knowledge of medical terms would be great.
Check any colleges around where you are. There are many types of programs to help you start.
