What are the good school districts in the Omaha/Council Bluffs area?
Anyone on here from Omaha, NE? Which have the smaller class sizes for elementary? Are the Council Bluffs and Missouri Valley, IA schools performing better? Which schools have a drug problem for the middle and high school grades?Can anyone post a link where I can look up this kind of data?

I’ve heard that Iowa has a better school system overall than Nebraska, but my impression is that Council Bluffs’s is pretty bad. I have no idea about Missouri Valley, but Glenwood, further south, is supposed to have an excellent one.
In Omaha, the Millard School district tends to be better than Omaha proper, with the exception of the District 66 area (Westside High and the middle and elementary schools that feed into it.) The Catholic system is also considered excellent overall, and there are some good private schools.
