We are interested in relocating to Portland, Oregon. What are the best school districts in the city?
We are also looking for home in a neighborhood near cafes, libraries, bookstores, etc. Any advice?

If you like hippies then, the SE, Hawthorne area, for school ratings go to Great Schools on the web. I would rather live just outside Portland in West Linn or around there, or even Vancouver, Washington, depending on where you work, the drive time could be shorter!
