Student Council speech…..?
My Brother is in 5th grade and needs to write a speech in order to be elected to his school’s Student Council. Can some of yall give me some ideas about a good speech so I can help him?

Honestly, I’ve never actually written a speech to get into student council. But generally, it should be unique, interesting, and concise. At our school, such elections are usually a popularity contest. If your brother isn’t extremely popular, he’ll have to work especially hard to find something “ear-catching.” If he is…then, a mediocre speech is often good enough. Talk about qualities, use some humor, and don’t sound like a national weather service guy 🙂
