try taking your camera with you when you go to talk and meet up with your classmates. hit a lot of the younger ones in 6th grade and be friendly. take a picture of them and ask them to vote for you and to tell their friends to do the same. if you target the 6th and 7th graders that could amount to a possible 2/3 of the voters. if you see a group of friends gathered around talking, take their picture on a digital camera with a screen and then show it to them and ask them to vote for you. just smile and radiate self confidence (not arrogance) and i am sure you will be able to win some of their votes.

im in the 12 and what i learned from school is that that stuff is just a popularity contest but if you really want this then you have to work for it. make posters to show off some of your work. take some pics of your class mates with a digital cam and show them on a power point.

its really frustrating when “popular” kids beat you at things. the way to do it, is talk to people. make posters. make yourself KNOWN!!! let everyone know who you are and dont use big words while doing it!! make posters that appeal to every “clique” like a school pride one, a pretty one, a black and red one for goth/emo people, sporty ones, and regular ones!

just be the best friend you are and the best at what u r doing and u will be fine! who cares what ppl say.. I THINK U R THE BEST!
