A merman or mermaid with attitude of course named Harold or Helena. A Fish or a pirate or a native with legitimate history relevent to your area. This could help with a truer sense of school pride than an artificial cartoon character. Also please please try what ever name you choose yelled or called in many combinaatioons so you dont end up with an unfortunate choice being yelled aloud every time a football is passed. my sons name is ok but when they use his nickname its extremely embarassing.
