It usually takes about 2-3 days after the final interview.

I’ve heard that you should wait 2 weeks and if you don’t hear anything then consider it filled. You shouldn’t start worrying until at least 1 week. You have to figure that, depending on the position, they are probably interviewing many different candidates and that takes time.
