Making National Merit Finalist and Beyond?
Ok my counselor says that I’m guaranteed to get NM semifinalist but i dont know if i can make Finalist. I read the qualifications for them on the website but they’re really broad. Could someone help me narrow it down? For example GPA; roughly what should i get, with what courses, to make Finalist? Do they even consider that you take a heavy courseload?
Also should I HAPPEN to make finalist, I don’t have enough money for college so I’m looking for colleges that offer full-rides but I cant find any updated lists. Could you also please tell me some colleges that you know have full ride offers for NM finalists? (Please direct me ones that have medical programs too!!!)
