Make this clear to me: Dos the incidence increases with the rising number of the population or what?
I mean, ‘couse there’s people that say that there’s more disease that before, but i don´t think so.

Sometimes. It depends on the siuation.
For example, more women means there is more potential for pregnate woman and thus more baby births. But, it could turn out another way too. The number of women could increase one year, but if lots of men were off at war (like in WWII) then there would be less pregnant women and the number of births would go down DESPITE the rise in population.
