mailing for free? what will the usps do?

say, I want to mail a letter to X person, I write my address in the adressee part and X’s address in the sender’s part, i don’t put a stamp on it so it will obviously be returned to the sender. will i be able to get away with mailing a letter for free?

It will not leave your post office or the post office you are sending it from. If that person does not exist at that post office, it might go in the waste can?? because they cannot fine the sender. It has not been stamped yet from the senders post office. No.
