Lawyer My career choice or I could become a pychologist which should I become?

I’m currently a freshman just 1 year off. I’m in a legal professions class. The sole purpose of being in that class is because I want to become a lawyer. I have heard that being a lawyer you need GREAT reading and comprehension. I can Always understand what I am reading sometimes I know what a word means but I can’t give a direct definition is for. If I don’t understand a word I simply search it up. My reading and writing are fine in my eyes I tend to be a little lazy thats why I’m in resource pull-out for my core classes(one step away from a regular class) But If I really get down to work I can easily get out of it.

My math is a tad bit bad being a freshman and still having trouble with division. Does being a lawyer involve a lot of math? or quick think math? causes with a calculator I can really do anything. thats why I’m here I truly want to become a lawyer But if it’s too high for me and a waste of time should I just quit and aim for something lower?(continued)

Lawyers do need a good level of math, but as for “quick math,” I don’t think so. Most cases take months to prepare so that’s ample time to crunch the numbers.

Also, do what you love. Don’t do what someone else tells you to do. If it takes you four years to decide that you love something else, by all means, switch professions. You’ll still end up on top with more knowledge than the other guy.
