A recipe would be good. Or show something that you know how to do, like changing a flat tire on a bike.

Or, even something as simple as tying shoes.

Have fun with it but remember that you will be graded on how well you explain the process so make it VERY detailed-oriented.

I remember when I took a speech class I did a gift wrapping demo, others did, the proper way to wash your hands, someone did a demo of their cell phone uses, just be original and creative.
