Well, it would seem to me that most people:
Find a job,
Maybe get married,
Maybe have children,
Maybe buy a house,
Maybe travel a bit or a lot,
This is a very broad question, and it would take a long time to enumerate EVERYTHING that a person does from college to age 60. It all depends what a person wants out of life.
Not everyone does some or all of the things I’ve suggested above, but I think most people do do some of those things, at least. I know I have.
