Well, with most people out of school for the summer (therefore, no access to school textbooks) you can probably enroll in some sort of summer program if there is one in your community that offers tutoring for school.
If you’re allowed to, I suggest you use bitTorrent & search through isoHunt.com for math/homeschool e-books. This can help you get a head start on algebra. & if you get stuck, just ask your parents or a friend who knows higher math.
