i had a car accident a year ago now i’ve being seud. what can i do?
my insurance paid $10,000 already. She is over weigth, she had problems with her body before the accident, she was going to the hospital the day i had the accident, she is now complaining of more severe pain, she is an old lady. But i got nothing to give plus 2 kids and a lot of bills what should i do???

Find out from the county where you live, what legal aid is available to you, at no cost, or based on income. Sliding scale, I think it’s called. Don’t panic. A lot of people are out to get more than they have coming to them. The best would be to get legal help.

God sorry for what your going through…been there…Amazing how people live with themselves…Have you talked to your insurance company? If you are no longer with them perhaps you can go back to discuss this with them…I had someone come after me for 100.000$$$ and it was her fault…so they are out there all over the place…If you can have the insurance people check her out…to see if perhaps this is what she does for a living…Like go to court alot…it should be quite simple to follow…I wish you the best…
