I am researching high schools for my son. Does anyone have any suggestions?
We live in LA, he is a great kid, good grades and i want to make sure he gets a good education. Needless to mention keep him in a safe environment.

California Virtual Academy offers 9th-12th grades. The curriculum is excellent (you can see some of the courses k12.com contracts out with at apexlearning.com). I know a lot of families in the LA area using it.

Well it all depends on your church affiliation (or lack thereof) but Valley Christian High School in Cerritos has everything you are looking for including a bus transportation system. Excellent academics, excellent college admissions and a very high rate of students (98%) going on to higher education.
