Do you know what this is…?

Do you know what IB is? The international baccalaureate program is the unabbrieviated version. I’m in it and whenever I say I’m in it people get all confused.

yes I do know what it means =] I’m in IB as well and people around here, well at least the younger crowd, mostly seem to know what it means. Otherwise I just explain it as another honors program somewhat similar to AP (but harder!).

Haha so yes =]

heh, yeah, I’ve noticed that too, that when I say that I’m in IB, some people ask like “what, you’re where?”. However, although people (especially older people) don’t know what IB is, many young people do.

But, yeah, to answer your question, I do know what IB is.

I suppose it means that you’re getting your bachelorate degree internationally, that’s all.

It’s like if your country of residence or your home is in the States and you’re doing your bachelorate/baccelaurate in Canada, you’re an international student and you’re doing an international bachelorate.

That’s all. Nothing fancy.

I’ve never heard of it, maybe it’s an abbreviation used only in your area schools
