How to address a letter to a large number of recipients?
I have multiple parties that the letter must be addressed to. They can not be cc:. All must be listed as direct recipients.

If it is a formal letter and each recipient is being named you could use the following: To the addressed:
If letters are being sent to each person individually with only their name/address etc as a header, then I would suggest making a mail merge between excel and word (or the Open Office equivalent). That way you can pull each persons information, including name, in to the letter and personalize each as opposed to making one generalized letter.

Call the post office asap because most likely the mail doesn’t get picked up for a day or two so it might still be there!! Also, go to another post office!!! The people working there should have realized that you didn’t have a return address and should have offered to place more stamps on it if there weren’t enough!
