I used to find out how my school would calculate the grade piont average in the student hand book around the same place they tell you about the AP programs… I think they put it there because some schools use a 5 point system instead of the 4 point system

Multiply the number of credit hours of each course with the point value of your grade: (A=4, B=3, C=2, D=1, F=0 unfortunately you do have to count those….)
Then add up the points and divide the total by the number of credit hours. Then you have your grade point average.
Or, you could look on your transcript…..

Add all you grades together like this:
F- 0
D-1
C-2
B-3
A-4
u know for every A you but 4 … then divide by how every many grades you put in.

Add up your grades and multiply by number of courses or credits. that will be your grade point.
