how do I write a semi-proffesional email?

I don’t really know what else to call it. xP

so my parents are forcing me to take soccer, and the registration ended in july. but then they made me call the registration place, and it turns out there are supposedly some spots open.

so I need to write an email with name, address, etc. and I have no idea how to start it or end it, and what to put in it. as why I want to sign up, or why I’m trying to sign up so late, blahblahblah.

and I’m just a teenager, so don’t think that I’m already supposed to know how to write a proffesional email.

Just follow this example. Should be fine.

Actually you don’t even have to worry about the indents if it’s just in e-mail (unless you are printing it out) since even formal e-mails have everything starting on the left side of the page.
