How do I prepare for a flight paramedic interview?

I am looking to be a standout for the interview panel so I can be considered above the other candidates.

You need to have three excellent ‘take away points’ that you make sure get communicated in the interview. You must control the message, must provide the sound bite, and make sure that when they think of you after the interview they say “Yeah, that was the guy who . 1)…2)… 3)…”

The key and the hard part is finding the three points. They must be memorable, unique, and relevant to the work. Everyone will be qualified, everyone will be ‘cooperative and a good team player’. So what do you bring to the table that is different.

Mind you, you must, absolutely must, have superior knowledge and skills about this job, the company, and the work. That is the base line for acceptable.
