I mean I cant study all day I need play time to not get stressed, like how much should I spend time on study and play time in a day?

Our professor in college once told us that for every hour you spend doing leisure activities, you should allot 2 hours for studying.

for high school and college… its for every hour in class take 2 hours out of class to study, where ur supposed to find the time for that i have no clue
