can u really call up a company”s toll free customer service number & get free coupons for giving complements?
If so, WHAT DO I SAY??.. because I just tried it and the customer service man was like, “Okay, I’ll put that comment in for you. Goodbye and have a nice day.” I heard that if you give complements they’ll be so happy instead of the usual complaints, they’ll give send you free coupons, and to be really specific about the product you like. True?

No, it’s not true. There may be some companies that do it with a few of their products, but it’s not a standard practice that you can just call and give a complement and then get free coupons.

it can be true and i have found email works the best with as many details as possible…..i always make sure to tell a manager or company when i get good customer service or people are very nice….weather i get anything or not…its just a way to be a good human.
